Job Title: Developer

Job Purpose:
Northwave looks for graduates with 2 years development experience to develop applications within Northwave Software’s development framework by providing technical solutions to customer requirements, both external and internal. To help the company better understand technical issues involved in support of its established products, new bespoke work or any ad hoc projects that may arise either in internal roles within the project team, or in external roles training or communicating with customers.

Key skills:
A selection of the key skills required are: Excellent .Net, Framework, ASP.Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, as well as good skills in ERD, UML, teamwork, problem solving, planning and unit testing.

Job Title: Systems Support/Pre-sales

Reports to: Systems Manager
Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
Reason for hire: Company Growth
Job Purpose:
Management and administration of Northwave Software IT Systems and Clients network infrastructure as well as assistance with ongoing Microsoft CRM customisations and rollouts

Key skills:
A selection of the Technical key skills required are: MS Windows XP/2003/Vista, Active Directory, Terminal Services, IIS 6, SQL Server 2000 & 2005, MS Exchange 2003, Symantec Backup Exec, SQL Reports, General LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, VPNs, Dell/HP Servers, General Desktop/Laptop hardware, MS CRM 3.0/4.0.

A selection of the Non-Technical key skills required are: Time Management, Procedure Oriented Approach, Documentation Skills, Organisational Skills, Taking of Ownership and Responsibility and Customer Communication
